Elizabeth Hills

South-western residential suburb named after Lady Elizabeth Wylde, the wife of colonial judge advocate John Wylde, first landowner in the area who occupied and managed a farm at Cecil Hills from 1816 until her death in 1864. Farmland until the 1980s, it was designated as a separate suburb in 2009.
